Anusha Anand

Anusha Anand is an experienced director at Flipkart, with a career spanning over two decades in various program and project management roles. Since joining Flipkart in June 2014, Anusha has successfully led numerous strategic initiatives, including the pre-book sale construct, user experience revamp for product exchanges, and the implementation of P&L dashboards for executives. Previous roles include senior program manager at Polaris Software Lab and lead consultant at Fannie Mae, among others. Anusha holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Bharathidasan University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University, alongside relevant educational qualifications in statistics and management.
