Neeraj Kumar Saini

Neeraj Kumar Saini is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Manager - Planning at Flipkart since February 2023, overseeing instock management, demand planning, and inventory movement. Previously, Neeraj held multiple roles at Flipkart, including Zonal Analyst for Ops planning and Assistant Manager for Fulfilment Ops, focusing on process efficiency, automation, and stakeholder management. In addition to current responsibilities, Neeraj is a Senior Advisor at VITspot, mentoring a team and leading a student community with over 30,000 followers. Notable past projects include leading a team at the Centre of Excellence for Autonomous Vehicles Research, transforming combustion engine vehicles to electric with autonomous features, and founding CandleStreak. Neeraj has also demonstrated leadership as Team Captain for an interdisciplinary team at VIT and developed robotic applications using ROS during earlier roles. Neeraj holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
