Nilaksh Bajpai

Nilaksh Bajpai is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving engineering and product initiatives across various notable companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Flipkart since September 2022, Nilaksh heads the tech organization focused on key areas such as recommendations, personalization, and loyalty programs. Prior to Flipkart, Nilaksh was Vice President and Head of Engineering and Product at AJIO.com, leading a team of 350 to develop a microservices platform for personalized fashion experiences. Nilaksh also held leadership roles at Medlife.com, Nutanix, and Myntra, where contributions included scaling systems for integrated healthcare experiences and optimizing e-commerce platforms. Nilaksh holds a PGDDS in Data Science and Machine Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from DIT University.
