Pratyush Ranjan Padhy has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Lead Talent Acquisition in Human Resources for Technology & Product at Flipkart since July 2013, where responsibilities include building the tech and product organization and advising tech leaders on workforce hiring strategies. Prior to Flipkart, Pratyush worked at Idea Cellular Ltd from December 2008 to July 2013, managing full life-cycle talent acquisition and focusing on high-level skill recruitment across various sales and marketing domains. Earlier experience at Tata Docomo Business Services included managing lateral hiring across business units in the South Region. Pratyush holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Christ University, Bangalore, and a degree from Berhampur University.
