Puja Sharma

Puja Sharma is an accomplished HR and Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for HR & TA at Flipkart since April 2020, Puja is responsible for hiring data and research scientists while establishing HR processes and talent acquisition strategies for the new Seattle office. Prior roles include Global Talent Acquisition at Microsoft and leading global talent acquisition at Agoda, where significant contributions were made to leadership hiring for tech teams. Previous positions also included talent acquisition management at Groupon and Skytap, along with technical recruitment roles at Amazon and SDP Labs.
