Sonika Pranay

Sonika Pranay has a diverse background in human resources with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies such as Flipkart, Cleartrip, Myntra, and cure.fit. Sonika currently serves as General Manager of HR for Cleartrip and FK Travel, and has previously held key positions including Associate Director of HR at Cleartrip and Deputy Director of HR at Myntra, focusing on CBO and COE projects. Additionally, Sonika has worked as an HR Business Partner at Moonfrog Labs and has led strategic HR initiatives at cure.fit. Sonika holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a master's degree in Bharatnatyam from Shrutilaya Institution Of Fine Arts.
