Stefanie Koornneef

Stefanie Koornneef, CPA, CMA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Stefanie is currently serving as the Director of Accounting, Tax, and Treasury at Flipp since July 2023. Previously, they worked at Wattpad, where they held the position of Controller from January 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Finance at Wattpad from August 2016 to December 2018. Stefanie has also worked as an Accounting Manager at Sandbox Advertising Inc. from September 2015 to August 2016. Before that, they served as an Accountant at One Advertising from April 2013 to September 2015. Stefanie has also worked as an Accountant at AFS Business Management Inc. from May 2011 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked at Brandworks as an Accountant from September 2012 to April 2013 and as a Media Payables/Billing Specialist from August 2011 to August 2012. Stefanie started their career as an Accounts Payable Clerk at General Dynamics Land Systems Canada in 2011.

Stefanie Koornneef, CPA, CMA pursued their education in a progressive and focused manner. Stefanie completed a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies degree in Finance from Western University, graduating in 2010. During their time at Western University, they also attended the University of East Anglia in 2009, where they focused on studying Economics.

Continuing their educational journey, Stefanie Koornneef went on to achieve the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario from 2010 to 2012. These studies further honed their skills and knowledge in the field.
