Josh Flippo

Josh has over 11 years of project management experience. Josh joined Flippo in 2014 as a Project Manager, was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2019, Division Manager in 2020, and his current position as Vice President in 2022. Josh is responsible for overseeing projects that include clients such as the City of Alexandria, the University of Maryland, Washington Gas and Pepco. The Service Division is responsible for performing emergency water/sewer/storm drain repairs; snow removal; hydrant maintenance and repair; task order sewer and storm drain replacement projects; steam, chill and hot water return system replacement and re-pair projects; large scale conduit installation; cast-in-place manhole construction and manhole setting and cleaning.
