Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in product design and engineering. Currently serving at FLIR Systems since February 2012, Kevin focuses on the engineering and design of FLIR products. Prior to this, Kevin operated Kevin Jones Mechanical Engineering, LLC, specializing in mechanical engineering services and finite element analysis. Previous roles include Principal Mechanical Engineer at Rockwell Collins, where new product designs for Head Up Displays were developed, and Lead Mechanical Systems Engineer at ITT Space Systems Division, contributing to mechanical systems for space-based telescopes. Kevin's career began at Xerox, culminating in significant experience as a Senior Mechanical Engineer across various domains. Kevin holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and California State University, Long Beach.
