Ri-Pen Chou

Ri-Pen Chou has over 30 years of experience in operations and engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations, SIOP, and Demand Planning at FLIR Systems since July 2000, Ri-Pen Chou has a strong background in manufacturing and quality assurance from a previous role as Director at Motion Engineering Inc. from 1996 to 2000, as well as experience as Section Head at Santa Barbara Research Center, Hughes Aircraft from 1986 to 1996. Ri-Pen Chou holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Chemistry from Stanford University.
