Paolo Gallo

Paolo Gallo is an experienced operations and customer experience manager with a robust background in retail and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at FLOFORM Countertops since November 2024, Paolo previously held the position of CX/Operations Manager at Durabuilt Windows & Doors from September 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, Paolo spent over a decade with Lowe's Companies, ULC, where roles included Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager (Administration) from July 2010 to September 2022. Early career experience includes positions as Store Manager and District Retail Specialist at Sobeys from April 2002 to August 2010. Paolo enhanced leadership skills through the Lowe's Executive Leadership Course at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016.
