Rey Kim

Rey Kim is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at O Positiv since September 2024. Previously, Rey held the role of General Counsel and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Vital Proteins from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior positions include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Camuto Group (December 2016 - March 2018), General Counsel and SVP of Legal and Business Development at Halston (June 2012 - November 2016), and Assistant General Counsel at BCBG Max Azria Group, Inc. (2008 - 2012). Rey began a legal career as Senior Counsel at CB Richard Ellis (2005 - 2007) and as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates (2002 - 2005). Rey holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
