Sian Ye-Chung

Sian Ye-Chung has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Sian began their career at Los Angeles Community Impact (LACI) as Vice President and Team Leader, where they were responsible for the recruitment process of new student consultants and developing new member training and education. In 2016, they joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant, and was later promoted to Senior Associate Consultant. In 2019, they worked at Ruggable™ as an Operations Extern, acting Plant Manager for launching and scaling of Chicago manufacturing plant. Later that year, they joined sweetgreen as Senior Manager of Ops Innovation. Most recently, in 2021, they became Director of Finance at O POSITIV.

Sian Ye-Chung earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
