Stephanie Gawronski

Stephanie Gawronski is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Procurement at O Positiv since November 2024, Stephanie previously held the position of Head of Strategic Sourcing at Foundry Brands, focusing on top men's personal care and home goods brands. As the owner of S. M. Gawronski Consulting LLC, Stephanie provided sourcing consultancy services. Previously, as the Director of Sourcing at BARK, responsibilities included team building, end-to-end supply chain coordination, and enhancing processes within a startup environment. Other significant roles include Sourcing Manager at S'well and Production Coordinator at Summit CE Group, among others. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo and has extensive international experience in sourcing and business development, particularly in Asian markets.
