Galina Kashkina

Galina Kashkina has over 8 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, and sales. In 2022, they began working at Float as a Revenue Operations. In 2020, they joined Akira Health (Acquired by TELUS Health) as the Director of Operations, where they managed a team of 70 employees and 400+ clinical independent contractors, and reduced costs by 25% YoY. From 2016 to 2020, Galina worked at Ritual.co, where they built the Strategy & Sales Ops team from 1 to 8, developed the roadmap to grow the company's footprint, and tripled the number of restaurant partners on Ritual in under a year. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Accenture as a Management Consultant, where they developed an analytic model and reporting mechanism to facilitate the functional CFOs’ and Executive Team members’ ability to monitor a CPG company’s monthly spend, and led interviews across functions with client stakeholders at one of US’ Big 4 banks.

Galina Kashkina received their Bachelor of Arts, Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University. Galina then went on to earn their Master of Management Analytics from Queen's University. Galina continued their education at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they studied Business. Finally, they obtained their Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from Western University, with a Finance and Administration Minor in Economics.
