How we work

Our purpose

Our work starts with:
1. The Application support team making sure that customers complete their applications timely so they can get onboarded and start using Float.

2. Our relationship management team follow up with new and existing customers to establish rapport, trust and also reconfirm Floats credit and banking policies to the new customers.

3. The technical support team handle and resolve customer requests and technical queries that are reported when customers start to use the platform

All units work together to ensure that we drive product value and that the customer is not just acquired but becomes a loyal happy customer of Float!😎
