Rao Amit Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. In 2010, they began their career as a Project Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where they were responsible for planning and execution of construction and commissioning activities of a 217 Km long petroleum product pipeline. In 2013, they completed an internship at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited. In 2014, they joined DTDC Express Limited as General Manager, where they served as program lead for various projects and piloted the service with one of India's leading FMCG company. Rao also streamlined sales & CRM teams, achieved an unforeseen 20%+ growth for B2B sales arm, and worked with operations to improve performance on key KPIs. In 2020, they joined Visionet Systems Inc. as Senior Director, Client Success, where they were at the forefront of leading innovation in software products, services, and providing a scalable outsourcing platform. Currently, they are working as Senior Director, Sales & Partnerships at FloCareer, providing technical interviews-as-a-service using its proprietary remote interviewing platform.

Rao Amit Kumar completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore between 2012 and 2014. In 2013, they participated in an Exchange Program, Masters in Management at KEDGE Business School. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur between 2006 and 2010.
