Sara Anselmi

Sara Anselmi has experience working with FLOCERT as a Certification Analyst in Europe, supporting the certification process for Fairtrade products. Prior to this, Sara worked at IFOAM - Organics International as a Policy & Guarantee Coordinator, researching organic certification trends globally and collaborating on various projects related to organic agriculture. Sara also held the position of Policy & Guarantee Junior Coordinator, contributing to the coordination of the Policy & Guarantee Department.
