Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter is currently the Director of Project Management at Flock and Rally: Integrated Communications & Marketing. Prior to this role, Rachel held various titles within the company including Director of Administration, Operations Manager, and Integrated Communications Manager. Rachel also started as an intern at the company. Before their time at Flock and Rally, Rachel worked as an Administrative Assistant at the South Carolina Spinal Cord Injury Association where Rachel communicated with members, updated the website and social media pages, planned events, and compiled expense reports. Rachel graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Public Relations in 2015.
