Isabella Navarro

Isabella Navarro is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Flock Freight since January 2019, with previous roles in People Operations, including Coordinator and Specialist. Navarro has contributed to fostering an exceptional employee experience through administration of HRIS, responding to inquiries, facilitating employee onboarding, and supporting People Team events. Prior to this, Navarro held various positions within Flock Freight and AuptiX, as well as serving as Social Media Director for IGNITE SDSU and interning at the Women's Resource Center SDSU. Navarro graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from San Diego State University and has continued education at California State University San Marcos since 2014. Career beginnings include multiple roles in customer service and team leadership at companies such as Vans, YMCA, and Baskin Robbins.
