Arthur Shmulevsky

Arthur Shmulevsky is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and expansion. Currently serving as the Head of Expansion at Flock Homes since April 2025, Arthur previously held the position of Head of Operations and Strategy at HOME0001 from August 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that role, Arthur was the Chief Operating Officer at FinOptimal, a leading platform in bookkeeping systems for SMEs, from May 2020 to August 2022. As a consultant, Arthur provided growth and strategy guidance to startups. Arthur's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior General Manager at Sonder Inc., managing markets in New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington DC, and launching the New York City market. Arthur began the career as the Director of Operations, Fulfillment at Managed by Q. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tulane University.
