Paulo Gil

Paulo Gil currently serves as the Head of Expansion and Engineering at Frulact, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Paulo held managerial roles at Portocork America from August 2019 to January 2024 and Sugal Group from January 2018 to August 2019. At Corticeira Amorim, Paulo was the Diretor de Engenharia between March 2010 and January 2018. Earlier in the career, Paulo worked as a Product Manager at Tintas CIN from March 2002 to March 2010 and as a Specialized Operator at SONAE INDÚSTRIA from December 1994 to March 2002. Educational qualifications include a Bacharelado in Engenharia Química from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, a Master of Business Administration from Atlântico Business School, a Postgraduate in International Business, a Master's degree in Chemical Industry, an MBA in Operations Management, and European Certifications in Project Management and Agile, including the ECAglC certification in SCRUM.
