Emma Jensen

Emma Jensen is a seasoned professional in customer success and solutions consulting, currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Flock Safety since July 2022. With a strong focus on enterprise accounts and a proven track record of achieving exceptional Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Emma has been recognized as a "Fly Wheel" winner in Q4 2023 and is on pace for a remarkable 225% NRR in Q1 2024. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Terminus, where achievements included 100% customer retention in 2021 and participation in the High Performers Program, as well as significant contributions to Sigstr, earning accolades such as “SigStar of the Year for Customer Success.” Emma holds a BA in Communication Management from the University of Dayton and a study abroad experience at Maynooth University.
