Mia Gonzalez

Mia Gonzalez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and customer support. Currently serving as a Device Support Engineer and previously as a Techline Operator at Flock Safety since May 2022, Mia has also held roles at Lyft, including Operations Associate and Team Lead, where leadership of a customer experience program for vehicle hire at a major Chicago airport was a key achievement. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Account Executive/Retention Agent at DISH Network, implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty, and as Front Desk Lead at Fitness Formula Clubs, where Mia managed administrative operations and developed training materials. Additionally, Mia contributed to brand awareness for Lyft as an Ambassador from June 2016 to August 2018. Education continues at City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College, supplemented by studies at Calvin University.
