Rich McElwain

Rich McElwain holds extensive experience in both public safety and strategic consulting roles. Currently serving as a Sr Solutions Consultant for Strategic Accounts and previously as a Manager of Solution Consulting at Flock Safety, Rich has demonstrated expertise in solution consulting. Prior to this, Rich was a Detective and Patrol Officer with Cobb County Police Department, where investigative and law enforcement skills were honed. Additionally, Rich has a notable military background as a Captain and 1st Lieutenant in the Georgia National Guard, including service in Operation Enduring Freedom. Rich's education includes specialized training as a Joint Fires Observer and completion of the Basic Officer Leader Course in Artillery.
