Jeff Shaver

Jeffrey Shaver is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at FLOCK Specialty Finance since December 2022, Jeffrey plays a pivotal role in reshaping the company for future growth. Previously, Jeffrey offered CFO advisory services at Aprio and led financial transformation initiatives at American Valve, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer. With a background in corporate finance beginning with roles at Bank of America, Jeffrey has consistently provided strategic advisory services, managed M&A transactions, and improved financial performance. Jeffrey holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and MIS and a BBA in Finance, both from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
