Caroline Garrow

Caroline Garrow is the Chief Insurance Officer at Flock. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. Caroline started their career at SEIB Insurance Brokers where they worked their way up to Associate Director. In 2015, they left SEIB to join Wrisk as Head of Insurance. At Wrisk, Caroline was responsible for product design, client and carrier relationships, and operational and regulatory activities of the company. In 2020, Caroline joined Flock as Chief Insurance Officer.

Caroline Garrow has a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute in Dip CII. Caroline attended John Roan School.

Caroline Garrow reports to Ed Leon Klinger, CEO. They are on a team with Leon Hurst - Chief Product Officer, Carl Howarth - CTO, and Christine James - Managing Director.
