Troy Thompson

Troy Thompson is an accomplished actuary with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Chief Actuary at Ethos, Troy previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary at Legal & General America, as well as Vice President of Product Management. Earlier in their career, Troy served in several senior vice president roles at USAA, focusing on enterprise transformation and operational leadership. Additionally, Troy contributed to Genworth and Genworth Financial, where responsibilities included overseeing Universal Life and Fixed Life Products, along with various product management functions.
