Peter Nikonov

Peter Nikonov has worked in various roles across multiple companies since 2003. Peter began their career at Snow Queen as a Deputy Legal Director in 2003. In 2005, they moved to Legal Laboratory as Chief Executive Officer. In 2006, they held the role of Chief Legal Officer at Sport & Fashion Group (Reebok, GANT, Le Coq Sportif), as well as CEO and Owner at J-Wel (online jewelry store). In 2009, they joined YesWeHelp as COO and Co-owner, and Groupe SEB as Chief Retail and Legal Officer (Russia & ex-Soviet region), Chief Purchasing and Legal Officer (Russia & ex-Soviet region), and Chief Legal Officer (Russia & ex-Soviet region). In 2014, they became Chief Executive Officer at Primaventura International, where they created the company and organized all processes required for flawless functioning, hired and led multicultural teams in 5 countries, managed all aspects of day-to-day activity, negotiated deals with key customers, and supervised all aspects of day-to-day activity of a daughter company providing consulting and digital marketing services for ecommerce stores and financial companies in US and Europe. In 2016, they joined Flock Free Bird Control Systems and Services LLC as Head of International Sales & eCommerce.

Peter Nikonov obtained a Master's Degree in Legal Studies, Civil Law from Moscow State Open University (MSOU) between 1998 and 2003. Peter then went on to earn a Doctor of Law - JD from Moscow Finance and Law Academy (MFUA) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law between 2003 and 2006. In 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Ernst & Young Business Academy.
