Tim Tuzhba is an accomplished director in customer success and account management with extensive experience in the SaaS and hospitality sectors. Currently leading a Customer Success team at Flocktory since June 2017, Tim has significantly improved customer retention and engagement through strategic initiatives and a new motivational system for the Commercial Team. Prior roles at Flocktory include team lead and senior customer success manager, where Tim drove substantial revenue growth and enhanced client relationships. Former experience at Booking.com included account management and coordination roles, contributing to significant year-over-year increases in booked nights and personal interactions with hundreds of hoteliers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
