Yuliya Gusarova

Julia Gusarova is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at Flocktory since August 2021, Julia has successfully driven improvements in organizational performance and employee engagement while leading a team of six HR professionals. Prior roles include Human Resources Lead at Gett, where Julia implemented global HR strategies during significant organizational changes, and HR Operations Leader for Russia & CIS at IBM, managing a distributed HR team and advising on HR matters. Julia's earlier experience includes regional HR leadership at TransTeleCom and strategic HR business partnership at ER-Telecom, where Julia achieved notable employee engagement improvements and talent management enhancements.
