Director, Customer Success at Floify

Alicia Glickman has extensive work experience in customer success and client success roles. Alicia is currently the Director of Customer Success at Floify, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Client Success at CAITLIN BACHER LLC from October 2021 to September 2022. From May 2018 to October 2020, Alicia served as the Director of Customer Success at Docketly. Before that, they held multiple roles at FFL Brands, including Senior Technical Specialist, Lead Technical Writer, and Product Development Manager from October 2014 to May 2018. Alicia also has experience in the fitness industry, working as a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Group Exercise Instructor at LA Fitness from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they have worked at Tandberg Data as an Escalation Specialist Technical Engineer, Technical Trainer, Technical Writer, and Project Manager from 2001 to 2008. Alicia began their career as a Technical Support Engineer at Sun Microsystems, where they worked from 1997 to 2001.

Alicia Glickman's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Alicia also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Alicia is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance, having completed their training at Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram. Alicia is also a certified Personal Trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers, as well as a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

Furthermore, Alicia has obtained a certification in "Preventing Discrimination & Harassment: US Managers V4.01 2022" from Traliant in February 2022.
