Polina Todorova is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in customer support and network management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Customer Support at floLIVE, Polina is responsible for leading technical support engagement throughout the customer solution lifecycle, troubleshooting time-sensitive incidents, and collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure customer success. Previous roles include Core Network Engineer and RAN Engineer at Mobiltel, where Polina focused on monitoring and troubleshooting core and radio access network systems. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Technical University Sofia, Polina possesses a robust technical background complemented by hands-on experience in managing complex IT and telecom environments.
