Sanjanaa Gopinath

Sanjanaa Gopinath is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Executive at Flomic Group since September 2024. Previously, Sanjanaa worked as a Management Trainee in HR at WIZ, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and developing employer branding strategies. Sanjanaa gained valuable exposure through various internships, including formulating competency mapping at Kshema Power, developing employee training programs at Larsen & Toubro, and supporting recruitment at Sundram Fasteners. Sanjanaa also facilitated activities for individuals with intellectual disabilities at SAMARPANA and participated in awareness sessions related to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act at the Indian Community Welfare Organisation.
