Luís Korrodi-Gregório

Luís Korrodi-Gregório has held a variety of roles in the healthcare and biotechnology industries. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Associate Director of Market Access, a Healthcare Engagement Manager, a Healthcare Consultant, a Healthcare Associate Consultant, and a Healthcare Associate at Alira Health. In 2018, they became Chief Business Officer at Flomics, where they used fluids transcriptomics for diagnostics. Luís also served as a Scientific and Business Advisor at Connecting Biotech in 2018. In 2017, they completed a Master in Business Management applied to Pharma and Biotech Industries, Project Management at the Biotechnology Business Institute. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Universitat de Barcelona, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Signal Transduction Lab, Univ. of Aveiro/Cancer Cell Biology Research Group, Univ. of Barcelona, a Scientific Researcher at Kent State University, a Scientific Researcher at ICETA/CIBIO, and a Scientific Researcher at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf. In 2010, they were a PhD Fellow: exchange scholar (J1 visa) at Kent State University.

Luís Korrodi-Gregório completed a PhD degree in Biochemistry from the Universidade de Aveiro in 2011, a Graduation Project in Molecular and Cell Biology from the same university in 2007, and a BSc degree in Biology from the same university in 2007. In 2012, they obtained a Specialization Course on Optical Microscopy Imaging for Biosciences from the IBMC.INEB Associate Laboratory and a Specialization Course in Laboratory Animal Science accredited by FELASA - Federation for Laboratory Animal Science Associations from the same institution.
