Jessica McDaniel

Jessica McDaniel is an experienced talent advisor at FloodGate Medical, a talent solutions firm specializing in the Medical Device sector since January 2022. In addition to this role, McDaniel serves as a certified Pilates instructor at The Pilates Krewe, a position held since November 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a partner at Private Prep from August 2017 to November 2021 and working as a speech language pathologist as an independent contractor from May 2021 to January 2022. McDaniel holds a Master's of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland.
