Gregory Fuentes

Gregory Fuentes is an experienced retail executive currently serving as Chief Executive Merchant at Floor & Decor since May 2021. Prior to this role, Gregory held various management positions at Best Buy from 1998 to 2012, including District Capabilities Manager, where responsibility encompassed managing a portfolio of 23 stores across the Southwest region, and General Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar operations with full P&L accountability. A strong leader, Gregory has focused on developing management staff, improving operational efficiency, and achieving sales performance targets throughout a diverse retail career. Education includes attendance at Fullerton College and graduation from Diamond Bar High School.
