Joseph Guajardo

Joseph (Joe) Guajardo is an accomplished director with extensive experience in customer care operations and project management within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Care Operations/Customer Claims at Floor & Decor since November 2021, Guajardo leads a team focused on enhancing consumer experiences through strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Guajardo held various senior management positions at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, including Senior Manager of Project Development, where responsibilities encompassed developing sales and service initiatives for large contact centers. Additional significant roles include managing the opening of the Shanghai Disneyland contact center and operating sales services for Hong Kong Disneyland. Guajardo began the career at Disneyland Resort as a manager in travel operations and has a foundational education in Business Administration from Saddleback College.
