Kristin Dorsett (She/Her)

As Chief Operating Officer at Viator, Kristin Dorsett drives innovation and operational excellence across Viator’s platform to better serve travelers, operators, and partners. Over her nearly decade-long tenure at Viator, Kristin has held leadership roles in virtually every area of the business—supply, product, engineering, data functions, and more. She has been instrumental in many of the company’s key achievements, including the transition from curation to an open marketplace, the redesign of the Viator app, and Viator's explosive growth in recent years.

Before joining Viator, Kristin gained extensive experience in tech and marketplaces, holding roles in marketing, product, and strategy at companies like HomeAway and BookBub.

Kristin holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge and lives outside of Austin, TX, with her husband, daughter, and energetic Australian Shepherd.
