Kevin Weise

Kevin Weise's work experience includes serving as the Chief Executive Merchant at Floor & Decor since 2019, where they successfully increased revenue from 22MM to 35MM in under 2 years. Prior to that, they worked at Goodwill Manasota, starting in 2011 as a Store Manager and later becoming a Regional Manager. During their time at Goodwill, they implemented various initiatives to increase revenue, improve safety, image, and merchandising metrics, and mentor team members. Kevin also has experience as a Branch Manager at SunTrust Bank and a Store Manager at Office Depot, where they achieved high performance and developed training programs. Kevin began their career at Home Depot as an Operations Manager and Specialty Sales Manager, overseeing sales strategies and store appearance.

Kevin Weise completed their education at various institutions. In 1991, they obtained their high school diploma from McArthur High School. In 2003, they received a certificate in Real Estate from Gold Coast School of Real Estate. From 2017 to 2019, Kevin pursued an Associate's degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained additional certifications such as "Job Interviewing for Leaders and Managers" from LinkedIn and "Real Estate Salesperson-FL."
