Margaret Winston

Margaret Winston serves as the Director of IT Service Desk at Floor & Decor, overseeing both in-house and outsourced Service Desk agents to ensure high-quality customer support. With extensive experience in client success and customer experience, Margaret previously held roles as VP of Client Success at ADP and Customer Lens Program Manager at Halo Group/AT&T Digital Experience. Earlier positions included Director roles in various capacities at The Home Depot, Nextel, and Sears Holdings Corporation, where Margaret successfully managed teams, improved customer satisfaction, and achieved significant cost reductions.
