Martine Radcliffe is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development with extensive experience leading recruitment efforts across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & Learning at Floor & Decor since March 2025, Martine previously held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Sam's Club at Walmart, where emphasis was placed on a people-led, tech-powered approach. Prior experience includes Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at the American Cancer Society, where Martine focused on innovative hiring and leadership development strategies. Martine also held roles at Victoria's Secret and L Brands, leading talent acquisition initiatives across retail and corporate sectors. Martine holds a Masters of Business Administration from Augusta University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
