Rachael Young

Rachael Young is an accomplished professional in packaging engineering and global sourcing, currently serving as the Director of Global Sourcing and Packaging Engineering at Floor & Decor since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rachael held various positions at Kimberly-Clark Professional from February 2012 to June 2020, advancing from Packaging Engineer I to Senior Product Developer, where Rachael led the development and commercialization of bath tissue products and managed packaging graphics for multiple business units. Rachael's earlier experience includes a role as a Packaging Engineer at Material Motion, Inc., where Rachael enhanced workflow through ERP and CRM system integration, and a co-op position at Westpak, Inc., focused on product and package validation testing. Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University, earned in 2010.
