Rich Erath

Rich Erath is an experienced professional in retail operations and management, currently serving as Regional Vice President at Floor & Decor since September 2014, where previous roles included Senior Director of Regional Operations for North Florida and Senior Director of Store Planning, New Store Merchandising, and Accounting. Rich also held the position of Store Director at both the Avon, MA and Roswell, GA locations, contributing to the launch of the first store in New England. Prior to joining Floor & Decor, Rich worked at Target as Executive Team Leader for Food and Logistics from August 2013 to September 2014. Rich earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.
