Shacora Conners

Shacora Conners is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in retail management. Currently serving as the Design Studio Operations Manager and Deco Department Manager at Floor & Decor since January 2021, Shacora has previously held significant roles including Training Store Manager at CVS Pharmacy from March 2020 to January 2021, and Assistant Store Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from March 2016 to March 2020. Shacora began a career in retail at Target, where responsibilities included managing employees and store processes as a Senior Team Lead from June 2003 to March 2016.
