Tara Mucklow

Tara Mucklow has extensive work experience in the flooring and home improvement industry. Tara started their career in 2006 at The Tile Shop, where they worked as a Store Manager for nearly a decade. During their time there, they focused on providing excellent customer service and offering high-quality products and design services.

In 2016, Tara joined Floor & Decor as the Chief Executive Merchant. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing merchandising operations and ensuring that the company maintained a competitive edge. Recently, they have been promoted to the role of Senior Director Regional Merchandising for South Florida, showcasing their strong leadership and industry knowledge.
