Sarah Kauss

Sarah Kauss is an accomplished entrepreneur and board member with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at Glowforge and Thorne HealthTech, and as a Board Member at Desenio AB, Kauss brings a wealth of knowledge in governance and compensation strategies. In addition, Kauss holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and is a Henry Crown Fellow with The Aspen Institute, focusing on developing community-centered leadership. As the Founder and CEO of S'well from 2010 until October 2023, Kauss led a pioneering company in the reusable water bottle market. Kauss earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business with a focus on Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
