Currently serving as a Tile Project Manager at Flooring Solutions, Inc., since November 2018, Adam has also held the role of Flooring Specialist at Hardwood Bargains since 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an Estimator and Sales Representative at Carpet Concepts where responsibilities included new account development in Southern California, managing multi-phase projects, preparing comprehensive bids for commercial flooring projects, and establishing strong vendor relationships for favorable pricing. Adam is recognized for building a loyal customer base, delivering projects on time and budget, troubleshooting to satisfy customer needs, and effectively upselling products.
