Erik Graham-Smith

Erik Graham-Smith is the current General Counsel at FloQast. Prior to joining FloQast, Erik was an Associate at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C., where they focused their practice on investor activism, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. Erik began their legal career as an Associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where they worked in the Corporate Department on mergers and acquisitions and shareholder activism.

Erik received their J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2013. During law school, they were a Student Attorney at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where they represented low-income clients in a variety of civil legal matters. Erik also served as the Executive Director of the Graduate and Professional Student Center at Yale from 2006 to 2010. In this role, they oversaw the operations of the center, which provided support services to over 5,000 graduate and professional students.

Before attending law school, Erik worked as an ICWJ Organizer at the Center On Policy Initiatives, a Jesuit Volunteer organization that works to promote social and economic justice. Erik is a native of San Diego, California.

Their manager is Mike Whitmire, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Adam Zoucha - Managing Director/VP of FloQast EMEA, Cullen Zandstra - Co-Founder & CTO, and Chris Sluty - Co-Founder & CPO.
