Heidi Groulx

Heidi Groulx is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Commercial Legal at FloQast since May 2022. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Uptake and as General Counsel at Maven Wave Partners. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Technology Transactions Attorney at Axiom, where Heidi contributed to the growth of a leading provider of legal services, and as a Contract Attorney for notable companies such as Paragon Legal and Gap Inc. Heidi began the legal career at Sidley Austin as an associate after earning a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Southern California.
